Aria Pizza is proud to bring freshly made Neapolitan pizza to Nettlebed every Thursday evening. We set up at The Pavilion from 5:30pm and serve through until 8pm. Whether you're a local resident or visiting from Henley-on-Thames, Wallingford, Watlington or the surrounding Oxfordshire villages — come and join us.
Every pizza starts with our signature 48-hour slow-fermented dough — high hydration, light as air, and incredibly easy on the stomach. We use the finest Italian ingredients: San Marzano tomatoes, fresh fior di latte mozzarella, and traditional toppings that honour the real Neapolitan tradition. Each pizza is cooked at high heat in our purpose-built oven for that authentic blistered crust.
Nettlebed is a beautiful village, and we're delighted to be a regular part of Thursday evenings here. We're passionate about bringing restaurant-quality food directly to local communities — no fancy venue needed, just great pizza in great company.
